Armant is built on a foundation of accountability and enduring craftsmanship. We believe that every piece should meet a standard of quiet elegance and structural integrity. If a selection does not meet your expectations, we welcome you to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.


The Criteria for Return

To maintain the heritage and quality of our leather goods, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition:

  • Unused and Unmarked: Leather is a living material; we can only accept returns that show no signs of wear, stretching, or handling.

  • Original Packaging: Please include all original boxes, care cards, and protective dust bags.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required for all transitions.

How to Initiate a Return

We have streamlined our process to ensure your experience remains effortless. All returns and exchanges must be registered through our dedicated portal:

  1. Enter your order details on the portal.

  2. Select your preferred resolution (Return or Exchange).

  3. Follow the instructions provided to prepare your shipment.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your piece for a different silhouette or color, please indicate this via the portal. Once your original item is received and inspected by our team, your new selection will be dispatched.

Refunds

Upon receipt, each item undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our standards for resale. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a standard window for your financial institution to reflect the credit.

Exclusions

Please note that bespoke or personalized items—those bearing custom initials or unique modifications—are crafted specifically for you and are therefore final sale.
